Registration is open!

You can register here. Please read the detailed guidelines below and during the registration process. 

Please note that no automatic confirmation will be sent after completing the registration form.  However, after a few days, you will receive instructions directly from the Organizing Secretariat regarding the payment of the registration fee.

Registration deadline for Presenters:

Only abstracts of participants who have registered and paid their fees by 20th May 2026 will be included in the final program. 

*Master's Students, PhD Students, Postdoctoral Researchers (up to 2 years after completing the PhD).

Registration Fees include:

• Scientific Sessions as included in the program.

• Coffee breaks and light lunches as indicated in the program.

• Conference Dinner (2nd July 2026).

Important information:

• Conference Dinner (included in the Fee): please indicate your participation to the conference dinner during the registration process.

• Payment methods: the available payment options will be shown during registration. After completing the registration form, you will receive instructions directly from the Organizing Secretariat regarding the payment of the registration fee.

• Invoice data: the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address in the Personal Information section. Once the invoice is issued, no changes to the invoice data are possible. Please double-check the information you enter during registration.

• No refund policy: once the fee is paid, no refund can be issued.
